Refund policy
Version 25 September 2026. Keep a copy for your records.
1. Current launch state
Live subscriptions are not open yet. No public payment should be made until the production Merchant of Record checkout is enabled and its final terms are shown.
2. When paid plans open
Refund requests will be assessed under applicable consumer law and the checkout terms displayed by the Merchant of Record. Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where South African ECTA section 44 applies, a consumer may cancel a service transaction without reason or penalty within seven days after the agreement, subject to its statutory exceptions; any required refund follows the statutory timeframe. We do not assume that ordinary use of a subscription waives that right. Other applicable withdrawal, early cancellation and defective-service remedies also remain available. Ending automatic renewal and exercising a statutory withdrawal/refund right are different requests; tell us or Paddle which you need. Do not wait for a routine support reply if a legal deadline is approaching.
For Paddle transactions, consult the Paddle Refund Policy. You can request a refund through the support link in your receipt or at Paddle.net. Eligibility depends on the transaction and applicable rights; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
3. Service changes
If a paid feature is materially unavailable, QR Yours will review the affected period, the account state and any remedy required by law. Printed-code rework and indirect losses are handled under the Terms of Service and mandatory law.
4. Contact
Email team@qryours.com for billing help. A discretionary refund is considered case by case, not guaranteed. No fixed support response time is promised. QR Yours does not replace Paddle’s transaction-support process or remove your statutory remedies.
